魁北克省移民和留学的申请费将于2019年1月1日小幅上涨
魁北克移民及多元文化部（MIDI）每年更新其所有移民计划的费用。该部门表示，调整后的费用是根据截至2018年9月30日的魁北克消费物价指数增长1.71％计算的。魁省的移民部也挺逗的，按照物价增长比例同比去增加申请费用，价格有的涨了几块钱。下图有说明哦
有兴趣永久定居于魁北克省的个人必须根据魁北克省技术移民计划（QSWP），魁北克经验类移民（PEQ）或魁北克商业移民计划-魁北克投资移民，提交魁北克提名证书（CSQ）申请，然后再申请联邦政府永久居留权。
要在魁北克工作或学习，外国公民必须先向魁北克政府申请魁北克省接受证书（CAQ），然后才能向加拿大政府提交临时工作或学习许可申请。
魁北克移民处理费2019年的变更方式为：以下费用仅适用于魁北克省的申请处理阶段。联邦申请处理阶段可能需要额外费用。
