2019年4月17日萨省首次针对特定职业发出EOI邀请并删除该职业。
在2019年4月4日萨省政府更新了该省的in-demand occupations list。在该次更新中，其中有三个职业属于该省的特别需求类型。
在萨省的紧缺职业列表中，所有的职业都符合萨省的EE类别与 OID技术移民类别。因为不需要雇主JOB OFFER 这两个类别又称为无雇主技术移民。
在2019年4月17日的萨省EOI捞人中，萨省首次进行了特定职业邀请，本次邀请涵盖SINP-EE SINP-OID 两个类别。
本次一共发出了324个邀请，两个类别的最低分数均为 60分。
一下是本次的针对萨省紧缺职业邀请的4个类别：

但是萨省在本次EOI发布之后紧接着宣称从该省的紧缺职业列表中删除了 4月17日当天所招收的4类技术移民职业。
